What is Hypo Peri & Core?
During Hypo Peri & Core, you will work on your abs through hypopressive exercises. What are hypopressive exercises? It is a specific type of training based mainly on the isometric contraction of the deep abdominal muscles. In these muscles, there is muscle tension no movement. That is why you will work these deep abdominal muscles through breathing techniques. Thanks to the Hypo Peri & Core course, you will re-educate your posture while effectively strengthening your perineum.
