What is Boot Camp?
Bootcamp: Enhance Your Physical Performance with Interval Training
Bootcamp is a dynamic group class where interval training is key to improving your physical performance. Depending on the focus of the session, you'll work on cardio or strength exercises using various equipment. Since you're not tied to specific machines, you'll often train multiple muscle groups simultaneously. This not only enhances your coordination and flexibility but also challenges you on different levels. Expect a series of core exercises and a stretching session to conclude the class.
To achieve the optimal result, we suggest following multiple courses per week in the presence of our experienced instructors.
