Our cycling for all class is an indoor cycling class open to all ages and fitness levels, using a special stationary bike with an adjustable resistance. It is structured to allow any audience to participate with multiple options for every level. You’ll improve your cardiovascular and muscle endurance while spending a lot of calories, thanks to the effects of interval training.

To achieve the optimal result, we suggest following multiple courses per week in the presence of our experienced instructors.
