What is TRX suspension training?

The suspension training (TRX) is the original, in-class workout system that uses gravity and your own bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise, because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance. Adding TRX bands to your workout increases muscle endurance, helps build a rock-solid core and engages both stabilizers and big muscle groups, resulting in a fast and effective full body training.

To achieve the optimal result, we suggest following multiple courses per week in the presence of our experienced instructors.
