What is BodyArt?

BodyArt is a discipline developed by a former gymnast. This is inspired by yoga and pilates to which we add a part focused on muscle strengthening as well as cardio to energize the whole. The BodyArt class will allow you to work on your entire body in depth, notably improving your stability, flexibility, posture but also your endurance and your breathing. The many exercises that make up BodyArt are accessible to everyone, whatever your level. Beginners, experienced athletes, Broadway dancers and even Madonna... Everyone will tell you, try BodyArt and adopt it!

To achieve the optimal result, we suggest following multiple courses per week in the presence of our experienced instructors.
