Burning Dance


What is Burning Dance?
Burning Dance, an intense total body cardio fitness dance class, on varied music (all rhythms, all eras, all origins). During this 1-hour session, you will burn as many calories as possible as well as working on your cardio and endurance. If your sports goals are to exercise, work your whole body and assimilate fun choreographs that are accessible to everyone, don't hesitate to take part in one of our Burning Dance classes.
To achieve the optimal result, we suggest following multiple courses per week in the presence of our experienced instructors.
