What's Tai Chi?

Tai Chi is a gentle Chinese martial art that stimulates the body and mind. It has a positive effect on fatigue, immune functions and level of the cortisol (stress hormone). Tai chi is increasingly used by people with illnesses such as cancer. Regular practice reduces pain linked to osteoarthritis, strengthens the lower body, improves posture and promotes flexibility through the different gymnastic movements practiced very slowly. Tai Chi should be practiced without moderation, especially if you are looking for inner peace/happiness. Your well-being has no limits.

To achieve the optimal result, we suggest following multiple courses per week in the presence of our experienced instructors.
