Our aqua beginners course is perfect for people of all fitness levels to increase their strength, cardiovascular endurance and flexibility without putting pressure on the spine and joints. Working on your fitness in the swimming pool allows for an all-round training whilst alleviating back pain, circulatory problems and much more.

To achieve the optimal result, we suggest following multiple courses per week in the presence of our experienced instructors.
