What is X-treme & fun cycling?
Our X-treme & Fun Cycling class is an intense cardio class using a stationary bike with adjustable resistance. This cycling class will amp up the intensity by upping the resistance on the slopes. To the rhythm of the music, you will challenge yourself through inclines and descents, with varying degrees of resistance. The xtreme & fun cycling class allows you to burn a maximum of calories while improving your cardiovascular endurance and strengthening the legs and glutes.
To achieve the optimal result, we suggest following multiple courses per week in the presence of our experienced instructors.
