Strength & Power class is a strengthening workout designed to develop muscular strength and athletic power. A barbell and heavy plates is all you'll need, prepare yourself to be challenged and to achieve your goals !

Using modern and accessible workout structures, you will work on your strength and explosiveness, being challenged from the beginning to the end !

The class is designed to evolve progressively, so regular practice is advice to optimize your results

To achieve the optimal result, we suggest following multiple courses per week in the presence of our experienced instructors.
