Stretching is an important part of any kind of training regime and should not be neglected. It aids immensely in injury prevention, better performance and being in tune with your body. Our Stretching class will help in improving your overall flexibility in a safe, effective way so you’ll feel the effects in all other areas of your training.

To achieve the best result, we suggest following this course multiple times per week.
