What is Vinyasa yoga?
Vinyasa ﬂow is a dynamic yoga practice on the pace of the breath, starting with a warm-up moving through creative sequences constructed according to everybody’s needs. Diverse yoga postures are ﬂuently connected and challenge the strength, ﬂexibility, balance and coördination. It is an energising practice that plays with gravity, breath and waves of movement, respecting the bodies architecture and encourage a stronger awareness of the authentic body expression.
To achieve the optimal result, we suggest following multiple courses per week in the presence of our experienced instructors.
