The aqua boxing classes are an excellent class for working on your muscle and cardiovascular endurance, with minimal strain on spine and joints. It’s a fun aqua workout that focuses on lots of boxing movements and exercises using boxing gloves specifically made to use in water. Working on your fitness in the swimming pool allows for an all-round training whilst alleviating back pain, circulatory problems and much more.

To achieve the optimal result, we suggest following multiple courses per week in the presence of our experienced instructors.
