The Body Reset class is a gentle yet deep training session designed to release muscle tension, improve joint mobility and reactivate the body’s fascia, with a special focus on plantar fascia activation. Suitable for all levels, this class fits perfectly into a wellness, recovery or injury‑prevention routine.

Through a targeted combination of muscle stretching, functional mobility exercises and release techniques, Body Reset helps to realign the body, increase overall flexibility and enhance mind‑body connection. Fascia work promotes a feeling of lightness, improves posture and supports better circulation of tension throughout the body.
