Wat is Bokwa Aerobic?
Bokwa Fitness is a workout / dance class that combines cardio, strength and flexibility training. By following the choreography of Bokwa, you'll create letters and numbers with your feet while dancing.
The second part of this class is Aerobic : it's an activity that develops cardiovascular endurance and improves general physical condition (tonus, silhouette), thanks to your movements (upper and lower body) following the rhythm you'll train your body and your heart.
These 2 combined activities improve breathing capacity and burn fat at the same time.
