What is Step & fit?
Our Step and fit class helps you burn calories and tone your legs by using a step, with or without accessories (like dumbbells). Thanks to the use of the step, you’ll strengthen your entire lower body (abs, thighs, glutes and calves) while also improving your cardiovascular endurance.
To achieve the optimal result, we suggest following multiple courses per week in the presence of our experienced instructors.
