What is practical kickboxing?

Our practical kickboxing class is a combat sport class that mainly uses the feet and fists in a range of kickbox movements and exercises. You’ll work on your cardiovascular and muscle endurance, speed and agility with the use of an opponent or a punching bag. In our Practical Kickboxing class you’ll put all the techniques and movements that you’ve learned in our Technical Kickboxing class to good use.

To achieve the optimal result, we suggest following multiple courses per week in the presence of our experienced instructors.
