What is Athletic Power ?

Athletic Power class consists of performing moves that will take your fitness to another level and develop your strength and power. Be prepared to be challenged! Our coach will motivate you to help you perform like an athlete ! Designed to develop strength, explosivness, and improve your cardio fitness, Athletic Power will challenge you from the beginning to it's end! By a regular practice of its power training and powerful moves, the results will quickly be appearing and you won't be able to leave it !

To achieve the optimal result, we suggest following multiple courses per week in the presence of our experienced instructors.
