What is Aquadynamic?
Our aquadynamic class will give you the most effective training without you even noticing you’re working out. This fun workout assisted by energetic music uses your own bodyweight and the water resistance of the pool to work on your overall endurance and cardiovascular health. Working on your fitness in the swimming pool allows for an all-round training whilst alleviating back pain, circulatory problems and much more.
To achieve the optimal result, we suggest following multiple courses per week in the presence of our experienced instructors.
